Every item in our catalog is held at −20 °C (−4 °F) under NIST-monitored conditions until the moment it is packed. Orders leave in insulated shippers with conditioned phase-change coolants and short, logged transit windows.
On arrival, compounds should be transferred to 2–8 °C storage. That single instruction, plus a verified certificate of analysis, is what a research supplier owes its customers.
