Facility storage
Inventory is held at -20 °C in a dedicated freezer. Temperature is logged continuously and stored against the lot, so the material’s holding condition is documented before it ever leaves the shelf.
Stage 02
Pre-chilled
Conditioned pack-out
Vials come out of the freezer and go directly into mailers and cold packs that were already brought down to temperature. The pack-out starts cold. It is not assembled at room temperature and then iced after the fact.

Sealed & dry
Protected payload
Each shipment is closed with an insulated mailer, conditioned cold packs, desiccant, and light protection. The point is simple: keep the lyophilized cake dry, dark, and cold enough to arrive ready for 2–8 °C storage.

Within 48 hours
Tracked dispatch
Confirmed orders ship within 48 hours by tracked express. No weekend-hold theater. No “same-day unless we forget.” The cutoff is operational: confirmed, packed cold, out the door.
Degradation happens in the gaps
Lyophilized peptides are stable when kept dry and cold. They are not stable when they sit on a warm packing bench, ride in an uninsulated envelope, or bounce between freezer and room temperature. CryoStandard is built around removing those gaps.
What we do not claim
We do not claim the vial stays at -20 °C for the entire courier route. That is not how small-parcel shipping works. We store at -20 °C, pack from that temperature, and design the pack-out to arrive cold. After receipt, store at 2–8 °C.
On arrival
Handling on receipt
Transfer unopened vials to 2–8 °C storage on receipt.
This material is stored at -20 °C in our facility and packed cold. Short controlled warming during transit is expected. Let sealed vials reach room temperature before opening so condensation does not form on the cake. Do not freeze and thaw reconstituted material.
